How Do I Choose an Attorney for Estate Administration?

Last will and testament

When your loved one has passed away, it’s a very sad time in your life, and there can be confusion and stress over the estate. and you may have to make a decision on who you want to handle the affairs of your loved one. In many cases, that involves choosing an attorney to handle the estate. Does it matter who you choose?

Let Attorney Scott C. Painter, P.C., of the Reading-Berks County area, present his case for handling your estate.

Almost every attorney does estate administration, but I want to explain something about the way I handle estate administrations that I believe is different.

The primary goal when I’m handling an estate administration, besides making sure everything is done properly, is to ensure that the money gets to the beneficiaries as soon as possible. The biggest complaint I hear is that people are waiting for one, two, three, or four years to receive their money through an estate administration.

I can assure you that will not happen at my office. My goal is to get the money to the beneficiaries at the earliest possible time, and that is a primary goal of mine when I handle your estate. So if you want your estate handled promptly, professionally, efficiently, and most importantly, quickly, I would encourage you to contact my office for a consultation to explain how I am different from the other estate administration attorneys.
